Eligibility Citizens Xtra Fixed Deposit can be opened with primary applicant as Nepalese Citizen. Minors are also eligible to open this account. Foreigners residing in Nepal can also open account with valid documentation subject to full compliance of NRB circulars and/or prevailing act/rules.
