Citizens Bank has launched ‘Citizens Saral Bachat khata’, a new savings deposit product, in view of the recently launched Government campaign with slogan खोलौ बैंक खाता अभियान, २०७६ as per Nepal Rastra Bank circular number वै.वि.नि.वि.रनीतिरपरिपत्ररकखगर२२र०७५र७६ dated 2075/12/27 for opening bank accounts of all individual Nepali citizens. The main aim of the account is to establish banking habits of unbanked population.
