  • Loan tenure for up to 25 Years.
  • Home loan above NPR 15 million for residential homes with a maximum 40% of Fair Market Value for inside Kathmandu valley property and 50% of Fair Market Value for outside Kathmandu valley property or as instructed by NRB.
  • Personal Residential Loan upto NPR 15 million. Lending to be restricted to a maximum of 60% of Fair Market Value.
