  • age between 21 to 65 years (at the time of maturity of loan tenure) are eligible for NIBL Home Loan.

  • Loan available to all Nepali citizens.
  • Nepali citizens between the ages 21 to 65 years of age (at the time of maturity of loan tenure) are eligible for NIBL Home Loan.
  • This loan cover 100 % construction cost for building constructions. However, below mentioned ceiling shall be applicable.
  • Up to NPR 15 million for First Home Buyers. Lending to be restricted to a maximum of 70% of Fair Market Value or as instructed by NRB from time to time.
  • Loan tenure for up to 25 Years.
  • Home loan above NPR 15 million for residential homes with a maximum 40% of Fair Market Value for inside Kathmandu valley property and 50% of Fair Market Value for outside Kathmandu valley property or as instructed by NRB.
  • Personal Residential Loan up to NPR 15 million. Lending to be restricted to a maximum of 60% of Fair Market Value.
