Eligibility Criteria

  • Nepalese citizen who is above the age of 18 years with sound mind.
  • Not blacklisted in Credit information Bureau of Nepal.
  • In case of age above 60 years,family member of the borrower should provide guarantee.
  • Regular and suficient source of income for repyament of installements.

Documents

  • Passport size photograph of applicant and guarantor.
  • Photocopy of Citizenship of Applicant / Guarantor
  • Copy of land/building ownership/document. (lal purja)
  • Copy of Transfer deed ( Ranjinama)
